What Norryx is
Norryx is a web tool that helps licensed mortgage loan officers prepare payment and closing cost estimates for their clients. Norryx is not a lender. It doesn't make loans, issue Loan Estimates or Closing Disclosures, or give legal, tax or financial advice.
Norryx is growing
Norryx is still adding and changing features. We'll tell you ahead of time before removing anything your plan includes.
Your account
Accounts are for mortgage loan officers and the people who work with them. Keep your password private, use your own account, and tell us right away if you think someone else got into it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
Estimates are estimates
Norryx's numbers come from public records, third-party data, the fees and settings you enter, and the files you upload. Any of them can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You're responsible for checking every estimate before you share it, and for following the laws and company policies that apply to you, including the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule (Norryx adds the required notice that a written estimate is not a Loan Estimate) and your licensing requirements.
Your information and your clients'
You own what you put into Norryx. Use nicknames for clients, and never enter a client's Social Security number, date of birth, account numbers, income or credit details. Black out personal details on any Loan Estimate you upload. An estimate you send a client is a PDF, and who you send it to is up to you.
Fair use
Don't copy or scrape Norryx's data, resell or share access, try to get around its security or limits, or use it for anything unlawful.
Services Norryx relies on
Norryx uses outside services to work, including property records (RentCast), government address and flood map lookups, Anthropic to read the Loan Estimates and closing cost estimates you upload, and Stripe to handle payments. Our Privacy Policy lists each one and what it receives.
Plans and price
Norryx costs $49 a month or $490 a year for each loan officer, paid ahead of time through Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include any sales tax we're required to collect. Norryx never sees or keeps your full card number.
Your price is locked in. The price of your plan when you start it is the price you pay for as long as your plan stays active, even as Norryx adds features or raises its price for new loan officers. If your plan ends (you cancel, or a payment can't be collected and the plan is canceled) and you start again later, the price at that time applies. Switching between monthly and yearly moves you to that plan's price at the time you switch.
Free trial
The first time you start a plan, your first 14 days are free. You add a card when you start the trial, and your first charge is on the day the trial ends unless you cancel before then. There's one free trial per loan officer.
Automatic renewal
Your plan renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the plan you picked, and your card is charged each time until you cancel. You can see your plan, your next charge date and your receipts under Billing in Norryx's menu.
Canceling
You can cancel any time, online, under Billing, then Manage billing. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep using Norryx until the end of the time you've already paid for (or the end of your free trial). Payments already made aren't refunded, including for part of a month or year, except where the law requires a refund.
Discount codes
A discount code applies as described when you enter it at checkout. Codes have no cash value, can't be combined, and may end or be limited to certain plans or new loan officers.
Missed payments
If a payment doesn't go through, Stripe tries your card again for a while, and Norryx keeps working. If it still can't be collected, Norryx pauses your account until you update your card; your clients and estimates stay saved.
Free accounts
Norryx may make some accounts free. If a free account later needs a plan, we'll tell you before anything is charged.
No warranties, and limits on liability
Norryx is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Norryx isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Norryx in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you haven't paid anything).
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will note the date above when we do; for a change that matters, we'll tell you before it applies. You can stop using Norryx and ask us to delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
